GRAND TETON NATIONAL PARK, Wyo. (AP) – Eight road and bridge
projects will get under way in Grand Teton National Park this
summer, forcing some routes to close and causing delays on others.
Park officials said Monday the access road from the Moose-Wilson
Road to the Rockefeller Preserve will be closed until gravel
surfaces are dry and hard enough for vehicles.
Thirty-minute delays are expected during construction on the
North Park Road from Lizard Creek Campground to Flagg Ranch Resort.
Other projects will affect Teton Park Road, Signal Mountain
Summit Road, Signal Mountain boat ramp and access road, Highway
26-89-191, the Snake River Bridge at Moose and the Antelope Flats
Road.
