KVOW/KTAK spoke to Wyoming’s Gov. Matt Mead this morning about several issues.

He told us who decided to move ahead with the renovations at the state Capitol in Cheyenne, what concerns he has with the federal government’s Medicaid expansion proposal and what’s wrong with the food safety rules regarding the sale of home-grown produce.

He also explained where his concerns lie in regard to the state education department’s spending, when Fremont County farmers and ranchers can expect drought disaster funds and why the state’s spending money on a water cistern system for Pavillion-area residents.

Stay tuned to KVOW/KTAK for more details on each of those issues, or go to the Chit Chat page to listen to the interview.
