(Lander) — The two teenagers charged with last week’s killing of David Ronald Moss, Junior will have their preliminary hearing in Lander’s Ninth District Court tomorrow (Thursday).

Santana Mendoza and John Potter, who are both charged with second degree murder and attempted second degree murder, are being held at a juvenile detention facility in Sweetwater County as the case against them proceeds.
They face twenty years to life in prison on each charge if convicted and are being tried as adults.
Fremont County Attorney Michael Bennett says they are alleged to have committed one of the most adult crimes possible.
