(Cheyenne) — The Wyoming Highway Patrol reports there were no accidents resulting in fatalities in the state over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend.

Working overtime, troopers maintained high visibility enforcement resulting in the arrests of a fugitive wanted on a nationwide felony warrant, two people wanted on in-state warrants and the seizure of over 70 pounds of marijuana involving three arrests.

Two people were arrested for driving under the influence and troopers investigated 77 crashes.

The Wyoming Highway Patrol dispatch center handled over 3,100 calls for service over the Thanksgiving holiday.
