Wet Nosed Wednesday Featured Pets

These local pets are looking for a loving place to call home!

From the Lander Pet Connection let us introduce Agnes the dog and Orange Kitty!

Call Lander Pet Connection at 330-5220 or see our website for more information on this program designed to reduce the number of unwanted animals in our area.

Gertie and Agnes were found running loose in Lander city limits, picked up separately by folks concerned for their safety.  They were pretty timid at first but are doing great adjusting to life at LPC.  The girlies are learning to walk on leashes and have both mastered the “sit” command at meal time.  They love affection and attention and do well with the other dogs and all our visitors.  The vet thinks they are a St. Bernard mix and that they were born around September 15, 2013.  Agnes is up to date on her vaccinations, spayed and her adoption fee is $85.

Orange Kitty #2 was born March 21st.  He has been held since she was born and loves to get attention, producing a very loud purr whenever  he gets some!  Orange Kitty #2 does a great job of using the litter box, gets along fine with the other big LPC kitties and is up to date on his vaccinations.  His adoption fee is $35 with a full refundable spay/neuter deposit of $25.  Please see our website for more information on this program to reduce the number of unwanted animals in our area.

From Riverton “Paws for Life” here’s Bean the dog and a variety of kittens!

Call Paws for Life at 857-6002 or online at

Bean is a 1 year old mini Australian shepherd and Beagle mix. She is a smart lil girl that’s already potty trained and gets along great with other dogs.

Adorable kittens and we have plenty of them! All will be spayed/neutered vaccinated, de wormed and micro chipped before adoption!
