An accomplice in the Hudson double-homicide burglary arson who pleaded guilty to committing robbery in connection to the case was sentenced Thursday to a maximum 16 years in prison.
The second-degree murder case against Dustin Nickelson has been bound over to the district court in Lander. In proceedings held Wednesday in Riverton Circuit Court, Judge Wes Roberts determined there was suitable evidence to forward on the case.
Charges were filed this week in US District Court in Cheyenne against three men from the Wind River Reservation, all from Fort Washakie.
